Description
This collection of poems and short stories are about how I learned to apply God’s resurrection power to both my life and my adopted daughter’s life (now deceased), as well as to the lives of seriously ill patients I have cared for as a registered nurse.
In one of the introductions to the poems, I write how I was influenced by Josiah Henson, the famous fugitive slave long-since deceased, to adopt Shawna who was born of mixed-race background and suffering from congenital anomalies of the heart. Upon fleeing slavery, Josiah built a school at Dawn just outside of my hometown of Dresden, Ontario, for other fugitive slaves. Canada then, gave him no support in his endeavor; neither did She give my daughter educational support 130 years later!
In the introduction to the poem,YAHWEH ASKS: WHERE ARE YOU ISMAEL, WHERE HAVE YOU GONE?—which is about how the early Church robbed Arabs of their true calling as RESCUERS OF GOD—I address the current situation between Israelis and Palestinians, using historical facts and events to support my conclusions. I also write about The Vatican, and how recent Popes, in an effort to sabotage tiny Israel, have stolen the THIRD SECRET of Fatima given by Our Lord’s Mother to three shepherd children near Fatima, Portugal, in 1917, along with the first two secrets, it never having been read to the public as She wished. I explain how Popes who wanted to read it were silenced by Nazi Cardinals.
My acknowledgements include Fr. Nicholas Gruner, a Canadian Roman Catholic priest who inadvertently helped me to realize, that Nazis had infiltrated the Vatican beginning in June of 1946. In the same vein, I acknowledge author John Loftus. His book: Unholy Trinity: The Vatican, The Nazis, and The Swiss Banks, was helpful.
